Shipping costs & payment information

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Dispatch days are not the same as delivery times.

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only made within Europe

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Shipping costs depend on the destination, items, weight and combination of products in your cart. Available shipping methods and exact costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

For standard items in the general shipping profile: Netherlands from €9.95; Germany, Belgium and Austria from €10.85; France and Luxembourg from €11.45. In this profile, shipping to these countries is free for orders of €150 or more.

Windscreens, rear windows, tyres, rims and large or heavy items have separate shipping rates. Free shipping from €150 therefore does not automatically apply to all items or mixed carts.

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place within 1-4 days (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands), all other countries 3-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
For delivering spare parts that are not online, we need about 4-7 days; if we need longer, we will inform you.
